- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the sports academy's programs, events, and initiatives.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written materials for promotional use.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the academy's values and mission.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to amplify the academy's visibility.
- Analyze marketing data (e.g., web traffic, conversion rates) to optimize campaigns and track performance against goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Oversee branding initiatives including logo design, merchandise development, and signage.
- Manage the academy's online presence and reputation through effective reputation management strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, branding, or advertising, ideally within the sports or fitness industry.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for sports and youth development.
- Experience in sports event management and sponsorship activation is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
