Pinnacle is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated General Manager for the Whistler Pinnacle Hotel, a boutique property located in the heart of Whistler.

This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel operations including maximizing revenues and market share, providing exceptional guest satisfaction, and establishing a quality team of staff to grow the business and drive customer satisfaction and performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the hotel including operations, sales, marketing and revenue management.
- Develop and monitor strategic marketing prospects and community relationship; participate in appropriate regional marketing efforts.
- Oversee guest services, ensuring superior guest service is delivered consistently.
- Work hands on as needed to support the hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
- Oversee the hotel’s maintenance and upkeep working closely with hotel managers and senior Pinnacle Management.
- Anticipate and allocate resources effectively with appropriate, conclusive capital suggestions to ownership.
- Ensure product quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel as it relates to appearance, cleanliness maintenance.
- Recruit, hire, train and lead a strong and effective team, mentoring and providing professional development by setting measurable performance targets and through ongoing performance evaluations.
- Guide the strategic planning process with a focus on delivering superior financial results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the hotel industry within a 3+ diamond property.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an executive level hotel management position, previous GM role required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $85,000.00 per year
