**Primary Objective of the Position**:
Under the general direction of the Director, Fuel & Commercial Planning, the successful applicant will perform day-to-day fuel reconciliations and related tasks, and ensure all reports are accurate and produced in a timely manner.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Fuel Automation across Canada is accurate.
- Guide the team system process improvement.
- Prepare weekly Fuel Cost Analysis and identify any issues and resolve.
- Responsible for Monthly Fuel Reconciliation.
- Report monthly Consortium Fuel Inventory Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly Customer Fuel Invoicing Profitability Analysis
- Report Fuel Annual Volume Analysis by station.
- Ensure accuracy for Audit Fuel Vendor Invoices.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in Accounting is preferred and/or a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Advance level Excel functions is a must.
- Fuel Accounting experience in the Airline industry would be an asset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, organized, responsible & results-oriented.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Good data-entry skills.
