Fuel Transport is expanding rapidly and looking for a** Customer Sales Representative **for our office located in Mississauga. This role requires a high level of responsibility and leadership to generate strategic sales growth initiatives. The selected individual will concurrently be responsible to grow and manage a portfolio of qualified accounts.

**Detailed Job Description**:

- Generate new accounts by following market trends to better understand client needs and available business opportunities.
- Influence senior customer stakeholders and negotiate complex sales.
- Anticipate customer needs and develop sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Engage senior executives and marketing in targeted prospect accounts and orchestrate discussions around their complex business needs
- Acquire relevant business information which will be used to generate both effective pricing solutions and service solutions for new prospects.
- Establish and maintain new accounts acquired through rigorous follow-up and monitoring.
- Identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with the decision makers of the client’s organization.
- Manage multiple accounts and submissions simultaneously.
- Embrace change, learn from failure and persist endlessly

**Skills & Requirements**:

- At least five (5) years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with a proven track record of sales/business development in the 3PL industry.
- Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
- Influential, consultative and solutions oriented
- Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within North America
