**Position**: Website Operations and Strategy Planner

Are you an innovative thinker with a knack for digital marketing and strategic planning? We are looking for a talented **Website Operations and Strategy Planner** to lead our website's market operations and drive impactful strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand identity.
- Oversee content strategy for the website, optimizing for user experience and SEO performance.
- Analyze website metrics and user behavior to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with design, product, and IT teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and website updates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Monitor digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing commercial events and campaigns for the website, including product launches, sales promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website operation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website operations, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
