- **We are looking for a Demand Planner / Planning Assistant to join our team.**_

**What you’ll do**

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, demand planning and developing merchandising strategies.. Including but not limited to
- Plan and develop effective merchandising strategies for Kiokii's products, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and market positioning.
- Monitor inventory levels and product displays in retail stores to optimize product availability and visibility.
- Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and make data-driven merchandising decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, buyers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure appropriate product allocation.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and contribute to the development of product ranges that resonate with our target audience.
- Report any inventory issues or shortages to management and take proactive measures to address them.
- Stay updated on the latest merchandising trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our merchandising strategies.
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser / Demand Planner in retail industry, with a focus on Asian beauty products being an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Chinese would be a plus.
