The Operations Support Branch provides centralized operational support services for the Service Delivery Division (over 1500 employees, 85 locations, and $514M budget) that includes business intelligence, human resources, contracts, financial, facilities and asset management.
The Manager, Finance, Facilities, and Assets is responsible for the division’s budgets as well as managing the division’s facilities and assets for over employees across the province, including vendor and records management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Professional accounting designation (CPA-CA, CGA, CMA); **OR**:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Minimum 2 years’ of management and minimum 2 years supervision experience, preferably managing staff in a unionized and complex financial environment
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and developing new/revised internal financial controls
- Demonstrated experience providing guidance to Senior Managers, Executive, etc.
- Demonstrated experience writing business documents such as Briefing Notes, Estimates, Treasury Board Submissions, etc.
- Demonstrated experience working with core policies and procedures related to facilities management, assets and purchasing
