- Preparing tables, serving stations, or buffet tables for service.
- Maintain a high level of sanitation. (wash hands, clean uniform, hair net etc.)
- Running food from the kitchen to the tables when the events required.
- Prepare buffet stations if the event requires.
- Serving food and beverages to guests at their tables or at serving stations.
- Creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining and entertainment.
- Communicating with team members to ensure a smooth event.
- Cleaning up after events and aiding in inventory and storage for travel back to the facility.
- Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, and cleaning chalkboards.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs.

**Server Job Procedure**:

- Study the event menu in time & make sure to know every aspect of the event.
- Show up 10 Minutes before the start of service.
- Maintain a high level of sanitation. (wash hands, clean uniform, hair net etc.)
- Running food from the kitchen to the tables when the events required.
- Prepare buffet stations if the event requires.
- Serve passed appetizers if required.

**Requirement**:

- 2 Years + experience in an upmarket or high-volume restaurant or banquet hall.
- Food Handler’s Certificate and Smart Serve (Up to date).
- Completion of product knowledge training, and written and verbal exams.
- Proficient with maintaining a solid customer base.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Available to work shifts, extended hours, over weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit, agile, and dexterous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficient time-management skills.
- Available to work in different event locations.
