**Duties**:

- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks and daily operations
- Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and agreements
- Maintain and update client databases and files
- Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and competitors
- Assist in marketing efforts such as creating flyers and social media posts
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential buyers
- Prepare listing and buying presentation packages
- Prepare listing agreements and send Docu-signs
- Contact clients to gather any missing information
- Upload all documents to Skyslope and complete any missing requirements
- Setup a CRM System and update on a regular basis
- Assist with marketing design, planning and coordination
- Coordinate event planning
- Post marketing Ads on social media
- Type Offers and accompanied documents

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience minimum 1 year in a similar role, must in a real estate industry
- Proficient in using computer software such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of MLS, Webforms, DocuSign, Skyslope, CRM & Broker Bay
- Strong Knowledge of Social Media platforms
- Courteous, positive and service-oriented
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable and able to work well under pressure
- Adaptable in all situations
- Attention to details

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 4K5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate Administrative Assistant: 1 year (required)
