The Sales Support Coordinator will be part of a dynamic sales team, providing administrative and logistic support in the sales department. The key performance indicators for this role are attention to detail, strong computer skills, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic.

**Your day will look like this**:

- Follow-up on the procedures and administrative needs, related to Live Production projects
- Monitor and manage current and future rental opportunities ensuring status is accurately reflected in reporting systems
- Organize data entry and ongoing project information
- Assist customers with order modifications, billing, account statements, invoicing and banking details
- Verify and enter order information and details into IT platforms
- Ensure the organization of all pertinent documentation related to the project or the rental (bids, providers, clients purchase orders, etc.)
- Follow-up on orders with the different internal departments
- Manage insurance certificate requests when required liaising with clients and internal teams
- Assist with new customer account creation
- Provide constant communication with the projects and sales team for follow-ups on orders
- Manage and verify purchase orders
- Facilitate the invoicing processes between the sales and accounting teams
- Execute all the necessary administrative follow-ups with the different related departments, to close a project (Ex: Accounts receivables and payables, etc.)
- Collaborate with the different parties to ensure the best possible customer service
- Act as liaison for orders between the Sales and Integration and Live Production divisions
- Any other related tasks, based on the department needs.

**Your profile**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Financial software programs (R2 & D365 or Similar)
- Audio / Visual Knowledge is an asset.

- Work hours may vary depending on deadlines and the needs of the Company
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple files at once
- Show thoroughness and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

**Work Requirements**:

- Time will be spent in an office setting
