Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 sales staff in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize stockroom operations.
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Co-ordinate daily tasks, including scheduling, customer service, and sales promotions.
Requirements
  • Degree equivalent or higher (Secondary school graduation certificate).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
