**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Position: Invoicing Clerk Department: Admin
Reporting to: Admin Manager Approved by: Admin Manager
**A. Job Summary Statement**:
**B. Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:
- Pricing sales orders as per contract pricing.
- Preparing invoices with proper documentation.
- Following up with customers on extras to contract items.
- Tracking discrepancies and following up with customers to resolve.
- Working with other staff to obtain completions and POs from customer sites.
- Data entry and review of various reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
**C. Job Specifications—Skills and Competencies**:
- Must be able to communicate effectively (both written and oral).
- Must be organized and have great attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter and work independently.
- Willingness to cross train is essential.
- 3-years’ experience in an invoicing position.
- Experience in a construction environment at the trade level preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ), and
Accounting Software.
- Experience using Visual an asset.
- Flexibility and ability to multitask.
- Work well under pressure and within deadlines.
**D. Education and Training**
- Successful completion of a Business or Office Administration program, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
