Become a vital member of our 24/7 team providing Indigenous trauma-informed support in a transitional house and short-term stabilization for Young Women ages 16 to 29 years experiencing Indigenous Homelessness.

The Indigenous Youth Wellness Mentor works a scheduled rotation, anchoring collective wellbeing of residents by grounding young people in being self determined, practicing place based awareness and living in relation.

Pay: $50,855.00-$56,185.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

- Have you previously worked supporting Indigenous youth (15-29 yrs) in a social services setting?
- Have you previously worked in a residential setting?
- Do you have previous experience deescalating crisis situations?
- Do you have previous experience with case management? (i.e. Clear and concise reporting/documentation)
- Do you speak an Indigenous language? (i.e. Cree, Ojibway, Mi'kmaq, Inuktitut, Dene)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR & Emergency First Aid Certification (preferred)
