**Salary Range: $80,532.00 - $84,770.00 annually**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to Production Calls via Zello
- Troubleshooting Global Automated Line Control (GALC) / Automated Line Control (ALC) issues in production
- Support Production Client Hardware, Scan Guns and Printers
- Monitor Production Systems and Network
- Supporting Application and IT hardware Deployments
- Monitor Production Systems, Networks and Infrastructure
- QA Testing of New Applications
- Provide Second Level Service Desk Support and escalation
- Application log investigation and Completing Incident tickets
- Fulfilling IT Requests for Access and Service
- Developing and Maintaining Documentation
- Supporting Department Projects
- Executing Daily Checks following Operation Standards
- Preventative maintenance of IT Equipment
**Requirements**:
- Completed post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 2 years of IT customer service/help desk experience
**It would be even better if you had**:
- Participation in the REACH program (i.e. Kaizen, Hawk Eye or Safety submissions)
- Demonstrated Ability to work independently and manage systems and projects
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or other industrial device programming and communication protocols experience
- Experience with Cisco (or other Tier 1 network equipment) network hardware and software
- Expertise in Data Analytics and proven experience in delivering data-driven solutions for business needs
- Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles in IT Management
- General functional knowledge of GALC/ALC systems and their associated business processes within HCM
- □ Experience supporting Windows 10, Android, Ubuntu, Active Directory, LAN/Networking
- Device Wise/Activ Plant experience
- Proficiency in Java programming
- Experience supporting device imaging and management
- Experience with Service Now IT Management platform
- Solid analysis, proven problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Skilled in managing complex, high-pressure production scenarios
- Demonstrated hardware troubleshooting for printers, scan guns, desktop PCs/laptops, handheld devices
**Job Related Must Haves**:
- Willing to work overtime including weekends and scheduled shutdowns as required and on short notice
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
- Willing and able to work a 2nd and 3rd shift rotation
- Be able to support “on call” activity on a rotation basis

Honda of Canada Mfg. (HCM) provides a competitive salary structure and starting wage based on previous, related experience. A Team Achievement Bonus paid two times per year; an industry leading Defined Contribution (DC) pension that includes company contributions and company matching; and a comprehensive benefit plan that provides choice and flexibility with the cost subsidized by company contributions. HCM also provides shift premiums of 5% for afternoon shift, and 10% for the overnight shift.
