We are looking for a full-time** Jr. Business Analyst** to join our **Analytics** team based either in Burlington, ON or Edmonton, AB, with a focus on Cleaning & Hygiene segment of the business.

**Role Summary**

The Business Analyst has visibility over the economics of the entire supply chain, overseeing how its different components interact and drive profitability. Analyst is expected to measure the key metrics of the company, identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across the enterprise.

The Analytics team values innovation, collaboration, accountability, excellence, trust, and fun. It has three pillars of focus.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity and transfer it into the ERP in a timely and accurate manner.
- Project Management: Provide support for cross-functional projects and initiatives, track and report progress, present to the leadership.
- Reporting: Work with large datasets from AS400 and MyBis ERP systems. Build complex reporting tools in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

***Responsibilities**
- Build queries, extract large datasets from the ERP and analyze them using Excel and Power BI.
- Develop visual and interactive dashboards and scorecards that drive enterprise results.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting to internal customers. Turn repetitive requests into self-service BI tools and train users to utilize them.
- Provide project support to a functional group or business process. Coordinate with team members and take projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Use data to identify profit opportunities. Develop and present business solutions to all levels of management.

***Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent quantitative field is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office products: Access, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL is an asset.
- Previous knowledge of AS400, MyBis or comparable ERP system is an asset.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy with data retrieval, manipulation, and calculation.
- Detail-oriented and able to interpret data into compelling insights and present to leadership.
- Must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines.
