**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including calendar management,travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, acting as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage and organize executive office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings and events, including venue selection,catering, and technical setup.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required by the executives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supportinghigh-level executives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and responsibilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
