Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at FSB GROUP LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing policy changes, and maintaining professional relationships with insurers and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process policy changes, including updates to client information, policy amendments, and cancellations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters, communicating effectively to ensure seamless policy processing.
  • Assist producers in processing submissions, call backs, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Perform various assigned tasks, including cross-selling company features and benefits, promoting client loyalty, and remaining current on company philosophies and procedures.
  • Accept risks within established guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Currently hold a RIBO license in good standing.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Be able to function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
  • Have strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to change.
  • Be proficient in BMS and Microsoft.
