Sales Account Executive

**Job Description**:
- You know us as a global transportation company - and we’ve shipped some interesting things over the years like part of the ship’s hull of the Titanic, the shark from Jaws and a lot of panda bears who get their own chartered airplane _
- We’re looking for an _**_Account Executive - Inside (Full Cycle Sales) _**_to join our World Class Sales team._
- Location_: _Mississauga, ON_
**_How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career:_**
- _
Ensure consistent _**_hunting_**_/ _**_prospecting_**_ to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies in order to exceed individual sales quota. _
- **_Account management_**_ with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth _
- _Develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations that are tailored to meet our potential/existing customers' needs._
- _ Researching and analyzing your territory’s sales potential, and determining the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization_
- _ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors_
**_ So what do you need to do all of this? How about_**
- _ University degree required_
- _ Minimum of 1-2 years full sales cycle experience (B2B)_
- _ Experience selling to the Management/ Leadership_
- _ Outstanding presentation skills, communication and rapport building capabilities_
- _ Strong experience surrounding contracts/negotiation_

Salary Range : 53k onwards + Commissions
