**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices.
- Reconcile vendor invoices and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all data is entered into the accounting system.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and provide financial information.
- Assist with expense reporting.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
