**Responsibilities**
Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning and presenting the assigned guest room to hotel brand standards including but not limited to:

- Change linens and make beds to hotel standards
- Vacuum guest room carpet
- Thoroughly cleans, scrubs, and washes bathroom areas
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities
- Exchange curtains, sheers and other furnishing when required
- Collect and store soiled laundry on linen cart
- Report any damages to furniture, fixtures, and electrical appliances
- Keep the Housekeeping Linen Room clean and tidy
- Collect garbage
- Ensure the floor master key is received and returned each shift
- Reports and hands all lost & found items to supervisor
- Reports any unusual, irregular guest behaviours relating to safety and security
- Perform extra cleaning tasks as per Deep Cleaning Tracker
- Performs other tasks assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- _**Full-time position: Flexible availability to work all shifts; day, mid-day, weekends, holidays, weekly, as needed**_
- _**Availability to work 32+ hours a week**_**:

- Must be physically fit and able to do physical work for an 8-hour shifts and can lift up to 50 lbs. As position requires a lot of walking, bending, pushing and pulling. **_
- Work experience in cleaning field an asset
- English Skills: Beginner to Good English and Communication Skills.
- Must be able to understand and follow WHMIS at all times
- Must be a team player
