- The UHNW Advice & Credit Solutions Group is focused on helping to originate, create and implement complex structured financial solutions providing superior risk adjusted after-tax rewards for Ultra High Net Worth and High Net Worth individuals, families, and business leaders. The department brings value in facilitating estate planning, business succession, divestitures, wealth transfers, private equity restructuring and capital reorganizations.
- The group's mandate is national in scope.
- The target market includes UHNW and HNW individuals and their families, successful business entrepreneurs and professionals.
- The group has direct accountability and responsibility to assist and educate Private Banking managers and their teams across the country in credit structures.
- The National Manager, Credit Solutions position reports to the National Director, Credit & Business Development.
- The position works in a team environment managing an assigned portfolio of accounts, supported by a Manager, Credit Solutions and a Client Service Associate.
- The position is responsible for assessing, structuring and underwriting new business, as well as managing the credit renewal process within the team and delivering legendary client experience.
- The position is the primary credit relationship contact, in which he/she is obliged to liaison with partners to respond and/or refer client requests/questions to the appropriate person.
- The position will collaborate in a deal team environment with UHNW, Wealth and Senior Private Banking Advisors.
- The position is responsible for the productivity of the team, ensuring there is a positive flow of workload, developmental capability and client experience.
