Job Overview:
As you would be the first contact point in our Medical Aesthetic Clinic, proper dress code, personal grooming and proper etiquette and general knowledge of our products and services are a must. Being passionate about medical aesthetics would be a great asset in this roll.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing clinic flow and day to day operations, appointments and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and inviting work environment for staff and clients.
- Perform administrative tasks such as patient sign in, before and after photos, data entry, light filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending follow up reminders.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with medical supply orders and inventory tracking.
- Support staff with various assistance as needed such as preparing clients and rooms for procedures, informing clients on treatments etc.
- Ensure all administrative activities are carried out efficiently and accurately.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Ability to adapt to changing appointment schedule if needed.
- Ability to communicate to the staff clients needs, changes to the schedule or day to day activities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience as a aesthetic clinic receptionist or in a medical office setting is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to learn new things
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Comfortable working with computerized systems.
- Understanding of medial grade skin care ( AlumierMD, ZO skin knowledge is a plus)
- Familiarity with medical aesthetic injectable products, injectable services, energy devices such as RF micro needling, laser hair removal, medical grade facials, medical grade skin care, Hydrafacials, laser Alex and YAG is a plus.
- Social media skills to make posts for the clinic are a bonus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
