**SCOPE**
Reporting to Manager, Graduate Strategic Enrolment and Outreach, the incumbent will coordinate and execute graduate ambassador events and outreach activities; hire, train and supervise student staff; build the ambassador event and outreach schedule in collaboration with partners; assess recruitment programming and marketing content for improvements; assist with other graduate recruitment events and initiatives as required. They participate in the planning, preparation and delivery of online graduate recruitment content and act as the primary resource person for CRM functions related to graduate recruitment. Using an analytical mindset, they contribute to recruitment planning and strategy development in collaboration with the Manager, Graduate Strategic Enrolment and Outreach.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the overall design, development, coordination and implementation of the graduate ambassador program, including management of daily activities and events; ongoing program development and growth; CRM and virtual engagement platform marketing and event management processes; supporting both in-person and virtual engagement opportunities.
- Plan and organize in-person and virtual initiatives and events relating to the graduate ambassador program, including information sessions, presentations, and special tours for specific groups.
- Hire, train, schedule, assign work, monitor, evaluate, and motivate student employees. Provide clear expectations, appropriate training, coaching and mentoring to help further the program’s mission and goals while enhancing the career-readiness of student employees.
- Collaborate with the graduate recruiters and the Research and Graduate Studies Communications team to provide suggestions on the content of recruitment publications and communications to ensure they are reflective of prospective student information needs.
- Develop, implement and continually adapt a robust assessment strategy to evaluate the ambassador program’s impact and make recommendations for ongoing short and long-term development and intentional improvement. Compile and interpret statistical information to better understand the program’s impact on graduate recruitment and retention.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, customize and maintain content and optimize performance of the CRM system and virtual engagement platform for graduate recruitment. Provide support to CRM and virtual engagement platform users involved in graduate recruitment.
- Design advanced statistical analyses using PowerBI or Tableau, ensuring the creation of dynamic, interactive dashboards and data visualizations that generate insightful reports for decision-making.
- Utilize and integrate university data sources, including Student Information Systems, Unity (Human Resources & Finance), Microsoft Dynamics-Greymatter CRM, and WRHS Application Academic Display, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training to CRM and virtual engagement platform users involved in graduate recruitment across faculties.
- Coordinate with other campus CRM and virtual engagement platform users to ensure graduate recruitment staff are maximizing use of the functionalities and other unit operations are harmonized.
- Participate in virtual and on-campus recruitment events.
- Perform other duties in support of the operation of the unit.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in a filed related to the primary responsibilities and one to two years of work experience in student recruitment and/or marketing/communications or similar field. Master’s degree an asset
- Knowledge of graduate admissions and graduate education systems an asset.
- Good spoken and written English and French (Level 4), in order to inform students and to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
