London, Canada CIMCO Refrigeration Full time

CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to provide Project Sales primarily to the HVAC Commercial / Industrial markets in London, Ontario.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Evaluating customer's needs and promoting CIMCO products and solutions
- Building estimates, issuing quotations, ensuring proper scope and best pricing is obtained by reviewing drawings, specifications, and coordinating strategy meetings
- Follow up and negotiations with supplier quotations
- Coordinate internal review and communication to ensure proper scope, specifications, descriptions and requirements are transferred effectively to construction, engineering & manufacturing.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as set out by the Team Lead
- Completion of change notices accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Develop exceptional relationships with key client representatives
- Assist in addressing invoicing and/or receivables concerns where required

**Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications**
- 3-5 years working in the HVAC Commercial/Industrial market
- Sheet metal background is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and schedules
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships (in-person, phone and online communication)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
