**L’aperçu d’emploi**:
Ce poste fait partie du service Déploiement des solutions numériques qui se concentre sur la mise au point et l’amélioration des solutions numériques de Wawanesa pour les courtiers et les membres en utilisant des technologies et des cadres de travail de pointe. Il s’agit notamment de créer l’écosystème en utilisant une approche de conception centrée sur le courtier, en mettant l’accent sur l’amélioration de l’expérience de l’utilisateur pour nos courtiers au Canada.

**Responsabilités du poste**
- Gérer, faciliter et communiquer les plans de prestation des développements et les progrès réalisés avec toutes les parties prenantes concernées.
- Maintenir les niveaux de service.
- Élaborer et fournir des mises à jour sur l’état d’avancement des projets, des rapports d’affaires et des présentations aux différentes parties prenantes.
- Contribuer à la planification opérationnelle annuelle.
- Contribuer à la création du budget du service.
- Assurer l’amélioration continue des processus opérationnels.
- Superviser et encadrer une équipe afin de s’assurer que l’environnement de travail demeure respectueux, stimulant et gratifiant et que les employés réalisent leur potentiel tout en contribuant à l’atteinte des objectifs d’entreprise.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche attribuée.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme ou certificat d’études postsecondaires ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum de trois ans d’expérience dans la direction d’équipes de déploiement de solutions techniques.
- Forte compréhension de Jira et Confluence.
- Expérience de l’analyse, de la conception et des outils et des technologies de développement de systèmes.
- Solides compétences en communication; capacité à s’exprimer de façon claire et concise dans un vocabulaire adapté à l’auditoire et au message.
- Solides aptitudes en planification et en organisation; capacité à formuler et à mettre en œuvre des plans en établissant les priorités et en menant plusieurs tâches en même temps.
- Qualités de chef de file appropriées et capacité à favoriser un excellent moral d’équipe en encourageant et en encadrant les membres de l’équipe.
- Bonnes compétences décisionnelles; capacité à diriger les membres de l’équipe et à fournir des directives claires pour l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Expérience et connaissance du secteur de l’assurance de dommages, un atout.
- L’expérience avec la pile technologique mobile / Web, la technologie cloud, les systèmes de gestion de contenu, les plates-formes de portail Guidewire et les outils de surveillance des utilisateurs finaux est considérée comme un atout.
- Les certifications AWS, Guidewire sont un atout.
- Les certifications Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) certifiées sont un atout.
