Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Operations, the Lead, Total Rewards is accountable for Mevotech's Total Rewards Program, which includes our wellness program, job evaluations, market reviews, salary surveys, merit and bonus administration, budgeting, and reporting. The incumbent is also responsible for educating associates on all total rewards policies and procedures and creating resource materials to ensure peak engagement and participation.

**What you will be working on**:
Total Rewards, Benefits, and Wellness
- Act as the first point of contact for all total rewards inquires for non-union compensation programs which includes, salary and bonus administration, RRSP, wellness, service awards, health, and dental benefits.
- Design and deliver communications and information sessions to improve education, engagement, and experience on Total Rewards Program.
- Create resource materials to enable associates to readily access information pertinent to their personal total rewards inquiries.
- Disability management for non-occupational injuries/illness including Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability claims.
- Report on Total Rewards Program statistics and overall usage and provide useful insights to management team.

Compensation
- Perform salary assessments and provide thoughtful salary recommendations to ensure pay is equitable across the organization and competitive in the external market.
- Lead the annual incentive (bonus) and merit increase cycles through communications, calculations and validation of payment while working closely with the Sales and Finance departments.
- Participate in non-union salary survey submissions and analyze/interpret survey results to ensure market competitiveness.
- Administer and maintain related compensation files and online administration systems which includes maintenance of job descriptions, job evaluation records, and salary reports.

ADP
- Responsible for preparation and launch of Annual Performance Reviews through ADP Workforce Now system, as well as troubleshooting, and educating employees and managers on the ADP system and performance management process.
- Assist HR team in producing employee data reports from ADP and conduct audits to ensure employee data is accurate.
- Act as back-up in processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all salaried and hourly employees, including entering new hires, terminations, and payroll adjustments.

Other Responsibilities
- Review and approve temporary staffing agency invoices and manage corrections as required.
- Prepare and maintain monthly and annual headcount and budget forecasts reports with Human Resources and Finance.
- Seek to improve the processes with a keen eye to risk mitigation, proper audit protocol and system automation.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- 4+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, and other Office Programs. Creative ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel expectations for training purposes
