**Sales Representative Job Responsibilities**:

- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call/visit existing or potential sales outlets.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations to best fit the client’s needs.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products to present back to the team.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and brand approach to maintain and grow client base.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of grooming products by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies for the purpose of provide suggestions to improve products, sales & brand approach.
- Utilize CRM to maintain records on area and customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Work Hours & Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement
- Hourly pay of $18.00 per hour and commission on first order when closing a new client
- Potential travel opportunities to the U.S
- Potential to become a permanent employee after 3 months
- Ability to work with the team to develop a appropriate schedule and sales strategy that best utilize their time.
