If this resonates with you, then it’s time to join World Vision Canada (WVC) as our Digital Product Manager. Reporting into the Group Product Manager, the Senior Digital Product Manager you will balance the intersection between business and technology throughout the product lifecycle.
As we accelerate our Agile transformation across the organization, the Digital Product Manager will be a key coach and change agent to evolve our product management discipline. S/He, with the Group Product Manager, will lead the digital product decisions in the best interests of our supporters and organization. They will execute the digital strategy, roadmaps, and feature definition by analyzing the market and competitive conditions. The Digital Product Manager should be skilled in all phases of product management lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Management
- Establish meaningful team OKRs with Product Teams for alignment and execution.
- Define key metrics to measure Feature (team-level) success or failure. Ensure measurement is done on every Feature, making confident go/no-go decisions based on the results; monitoring key metrics, health data on a daily basis.
- Effective and regular coaching and support to develop direct reports, i.e. Digital Product Managers, Product Owners and their teams.
- Model open communication and safety - regularly provides organizational/divisional updates to team and invites feedback and challenges.

Duties and responsibilities
- Practices design-thinking to deeply understand the needs, motivations, and expectations of WVC employee experience segments to inform the strategy and priorities to develop and deliver digitally enabled employee experience that are value oriented, feature rich, highly integrated, and frictionless.
- Sets and champions the vision and strategy for the digital product portfolio. Owns the digital product roadmap and prioritizes building what matters most to achieve the strategic goals with a focus on innovation and exploration of minimum viable product concepts to advance the product vision.
