**Start Date: June 10,2024**

**Working Conditions**:
The Manager will require flexibility in shift times, as interaction with night cleaning crews will also be required. Must be willing to work weekends/holidays on a regular basis.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
At least 5 years’ experience in managing and supervising janitorial position.

Must possess operational knowledge of janitorial industry.

Ability to represent the company in a professional manner in physical appearance.

Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.

A reliable team-player with strong multi-tasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Maintain professional relationships with the client and employees.

Ability to present self in a highly positive professional manner to others and understand that honesty and ethics are essential.

Hands-on personality, not afraid to step into the weeds to deliver results. This is not a desk position and requires constant interaction, and coaching.

A valid driver’s license and car is mandatory.

Ability and flexibility to travel to visit sites/teams.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to service standards, safety protocols, and contractual obligations.

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance service delivery.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff, providing coaching, training, and support as needed to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.

Ensure equipment is operational and adhere to preventative maintenance requirements.

Recognize and act on opportunities that may exist to reduce costs without compromising quality in all aspects of the operation.

Always keep phone on person for team check-ins and clients’ quick respond

**Client Relationship Management**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique cleaning requirements and providing customized solutions to meet their needs.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, empowering staff to take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Job Requirements**:
Familiarity with a wide range of cleaning services including but not limited to:
Floor Stripping & Waxing, Power Washing.

Carpet Cleaning: Knowledge of commercial carpet cleaning services.

Expertise in cleaning and disinfecting all types of surfaces.

Deep Cleaning:
Post Construction Cleanup:
Window Cleaning:
Training of new hires as needed.

Complete regular job site visits and inspections to ensure the cleaning is up to our cleaning standards.

Ensure all staff are in uniform during scheduled working hours.

**Physical Requirements**:
Significant walking or other means of mobility. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Ability to reach, bend, push and/or pull, lift, up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
