**Your role**
- Independently support the Market Events Management, Securities Settlement Processes and Transversal Activities sectors by carrying out a variety of administrative tasks
- Prepare, revise and improve various letters and documents
- Prepare presentations or improve their formatting
- Keep your managers’ agendas up to date, make their appointments, coordinate the logistics of meetings and trips, and suggest improvements to ensure work efficiently
- Act as a resource person for all employees in your 3 sectors who request information about the Bank's IT requests, administrative policies, and procedures

This position reports to the Manager, Market Event Management.

**Prerequisites**
- High school diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience OR college diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience
- Secretarial experience and strong ability to determine priorities and emergencies
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, good organization skills and a collaborative approach
- Diligent and able to manage agendas and meetings proactively
- Experience working with collaborative tools such as Yammer, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
