Demand Generation Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute demand generation campaigns both paid and organic strategies
- Develop a content strategy to support demand generation campaigns
- Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the success of campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure campaign success
- Manage the budget for demand generation campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing
- Strong understanding of both paid and organic demand generation strategies
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M6G 2N4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
