**Who we are looking for**:
The Product & Strategy Lead will the Consumer Initiative product team to create innovative products that enable our customers (dealers and partners) to improve their acquisition of consumers and drive profitability. This role will define and grow the portfolio of emerging products, including trade-in, self-inspection, consumer to auction and affinity relationships. The Product & Strategy Lead will bring holistic products to the market that exceed ACV's goals and delight our customers.

**What you will do**:

- Gather, distill, and act on primary and secondary research, including: data collection & analysis, customer feedback collection & analysis, competitive analysis, and build, buy, partner analysis.
- Product management, including vision and life cycle management, business requirements and prioritization, execution & delivery of features, release marketing, and achievement OKRs - Create functional user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead agile ceremonies and groom backlog
- Create and present to product plans and business impact
- Lead informational discussions with technology and executive leadership, gain consensus to solve complex problems
- Develop industry recognition and credibility as a thought leader
- Engage partners and potential partners to look for opportunities to expand business and increase efficiencies to bring capabilities to market quickly
- Collaborate with Product & Technology to function as a high performing team - Perform other duties as assigned

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred Graduate Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong background in primary and secondary research
- Experience with data collection and analysis to meet goals
- Strong product management skills
- Exceptional knowledge of agile and product development methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
