Front Desk Supervisor

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Set-Up and tear down of Breakfast service
- Work with housekeeping to ensure all tasks are completed to company standards
- Ensure all tasks assigned by Management are completed in a timely fashion

- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual in English and another language, are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other front desk functions
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
**Salary**: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
