The Corporate Services Manager reports directly to the CHRO and provides professional, strategic level support to the CHRO and the broader HR and OHS&W portfolio. The position plays a key leadership and support role within HR and as such is an integral part of the HR and OHS&W leadership team. They will lead the coordination of the CHRO’s office and will support achievement of the portfolio’s objectives by: Managing the implementation of key operational and strategic projects or corporately providing leadership though anticipating, mitigating, and managing critical issues and actionable items; contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of overall strategic plan and financial planning to support Covenant Health’s People Strategy; monitoring of initiatives and projects, including overseeing key operational performance measures; supporting data-based decision making through the analysis and presentation of best available data/evidence, and supporting the monitoring of outcomes; supporting portfolio leaders by monitoring the overall operating and capital budgets for designated area of responsibility; building effective relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders; performing all responsibilities in accordance with Covenant Health’s Mission, Vision and Values. This role is vital in ensuring that portfolio planning and execution is collaborative and supportive to operations across the province and furthers the goals and objectives of the HR and OHS&W portfolio. The position acts as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders and may attend meetings acting on behalf of the portfolio and its leaders. This position works closely with the members of the Executive Leadership Team, senior leaders across the organization, and key departments that collaborate with, provide support and/or regularly interact with the CHRO.

**Required Qualifications**:
A Baccalaureate degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required.
