**About the role**

Our Internship Program is a 10-week program commencing in June 2024 that will provide students the opportunity for professional development by building relationships, gaining corporate experience, learning about our industry, and preparing students with the experience needed to have a rewarding career within a purposefully built commercialization partner for the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and wellness industries. Spend your summer learning the ins and outs of healthcare marketing and advertising at an award-winning pharma agency where you’ll get:
Opportunities to work on creative and strategic pharmaceutical marketing materials for some of the industry’s top pharmaceutical companies.

To learn from a smart and talented creative advertising team within a technical account.

Potential experience working on projects spanning website updates, creative campaigns, media planning, and reporting requests.

**What you’ll do
Assist the Account Management team with preparing status reports, writing client contact reports, and entering work orders.

Attend and participate in status meetings.

Work collaboratively with members of all departments including account, project management, and creative.

Review the team’s work internally and provide fresh and insightful ideas.

Help support the creation of client presentations.

Manage several active workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with cross agency partners ensuring clear & prompt communication.

Better understand, communicate about, and review website work hosted within a content management systems.

Ensure timelines are met based on client priorities and deadlines aligned internally.

Complete a summer project based on a real pharma brand that culminates in a mock client presentation.

**About you
Demonstrated project or coursework (school or job) with an emphasis in Marketing or Advertising.

Proficiency in MS office products, particularly Excel.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Highly collaborative; team player.

Self-starter; able to manage multiple projects at once.

High attention to detail.

Proactive and organized.

Strong digital acumen.
