**RESTAURANT SUCCESS MANAGER**

Are you passionate about local food culture? We’re Foodee, a team of food experts on a mission to connect local restaurants to businesses through our meal planning platform. We help corporations spread the power of good food by curating menus from top local restaurants and delivering them to your office.

We’re looking for a **Restaurant Success Manager** who will build excellent, value-based relationships with restaurant partners to maximize restaurant revenue and utilization through Foodee’s managed platform. This is a highly cross-functional role that will require you to drive restaurant-focused initiatives so you should be an exceptionally strong relationship builder and project manager. Pivotal to this role is a strong ability to embrace a hospitality mindset, understand a restaurant partner’s goals and priorities, and translate them into strategic recommendations that will drive a high level of success, product adoption, satisfaction, and client happiness.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Own the post-sales partner journey to create efficient, mutually beneficial partnerships with restaurant operators and have high-touch interactions with restaurant partners through their first 5 orders
- Present quarterly business reviews that highlight revenue earned, present expansion opportunities and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency
- Work closely on a daily basis with restaurant partners to optimize their offering to meet client needs and ensure they are maximizing their potential order volume to increase partner retention
- Monitor trends in restaurant performance and follow up on escalated cases to minimize unwanted client churn by managing restaurant partner performance
- Maximize partner adoption of Foodee’s Restaurant Dashboard
- Work closely with the Sales & Customer Success teams to understand client insights and communicate to partners; work closely with the restaurant support team to prepare partners for the best order experience top notch ‘day of’ experience
- Act as an advocate internally by providing feedback and collaborate with Product Management to develop strategies for improvements to the restaurant experience
- Be an advocate for local food culture through Diversity & Inclusion initiatives with restaurant partners
- Effectively navigate conversations surrounding partnership expectations, operational capacity, commission, order logistics and menu management

**EXPERIENCE/SKILL-SET REQUIRED**:

- 2+ years in a customer success or account/partner management role
- 2+ years in food or culinary services including restaurants, food operations, catering or hospitality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and empathy for customer needs
- Strength with relationship building and cultivating partnerships
- Solutions-oriented and adaptable to shared business goals
- Experience with Salesforce/Hubspot, Google Suite & Docusign
- Ability to interpret and communicate basic trends in partner data
- Ability to travel in market 1x (3-4 days) every 6 months

- Nice to have: SaaS Account Management experience or prior delivery/catering platform experience
