Who We Need

We are seeking an energetic and curious marketing generalist to develop and execute brand-related initiatives to drive internal loyalty and external awareness globally.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and People, the Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the success of marketing activities that satisfy the needs of two key stakeholder groups: clients and employees. The Marketing Coordinator joins a team of three specialists who each contribute to the success of the brand’s voice, awareness, and relevancy.

Position Overview
- Collaborate with Country Managers to develop and execute local and regional marketing tactics that align with global strategies, catering to the nuances of individual cultures
- Optimize and update the corporate website to maintain a fresh and relevant portrayal of the business
- Partner with the People function to build campaigns that support employee engagement, internal communication, cause marketing and talent acquisition.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple departments, including Client Experience, Insights, Product, Technology and Market Development, to develop marketing collateral to support internal and external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants and creatives as needed
- Uphold, execute, and enhance the global annual marketing calendar of events, communications, internal and external campaigns, content, and advertising commitments
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives and activities as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s degree) in business, marketing and/or marketing communications
- 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint
- Experience working within marketing platforms such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Canva, Later and Google Analytics

- Data-driven in measuring campaign success
- Knowledge of design techniques and principles and a natural design flare
