**Supply Chain Data Entry & Analysis **- **Muir Tapes & Adhesives Ltd.** (MTA)

**Position reports to**: Supply Chain manager
**Position Level**: Entry - Intermediate

**Position function**: As a member of the Supply Chain team, your two biggest projects for the summer will be regarding building a Supply Chain KPI dashboard and working with data for Support in Troubleshooting. You will be required to gather and analyze the data and ensure that it is accurate within our Supply Chain processes and help with the recommendation process in improving Supply Chain and Production processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Working within the Operations Team to:

- Build a Supply Chain KPI dashboard
- Shipments
- Customer Service
- Procurement
- Scheduling
- Support data troubleshooting for planning including:

- Precisely minimum order quantities
- Economic order quantities
- Run times
- Download information from ERP system and transferring to Excel
- Build graphs
- Analyze Supply Chain data and historical Production information
- Assist in improving efficiency in Production processes
- Support Supply Chain team with action plans to drive improvements

**Qualifications**:
Enrollment in a Post-Secondary program is a must, preferably in Business Management or Supply Chain, and general knowledge of Manufacturing is an asset.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient with computers and various software
- Advanced MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, graphs, formulas)
- Data analysis
- Power Bi is an asset

**Working conditions**:
Office and Manufacturing Environment located in Oakville, Ontario with inclusive staff and leaders committed to learning and growth. Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
