Le Regional Training Lead, responsable de la formation à l'échelle régionale, est chargée de former les équipes des restaurants et les propriétaires sur les questions opérationnelles, notamment la rentabilité, le service à la clientèle, les produits, l'équipement, les normes et les pratiques de gestion. Cette personne aura une expertise dans tous les domaines de l'exploitation des restaurants Tim Hortons et de l'entreprise dans son ensemble, tant au niveau tactique qu'au niveau stratégique.

**Rôles et responsabilités**:
- Préparer, organiser et animer les séances de formation à grande échelle aux équipes des restaurants.
- Offrir des formations ciblées dans les restaurants à de petits groupes sur les procédures et les pratiques exemplaires en matière d'opérations tactiques.
- Analyser les données (SOS, commentaires de la clientèle, révision, profitabilité) afin de cerner les occasions opérationnelles et appliquer une méthodologie de résolution de problèmes pour créer des solutions en matière de formation.
- Développer du matériel de formation, y compris des guides pour les apprenants et instructeurs, des aide-mémoire, des évaluations et des outils de soutien.
- Créer et soumettre un rapport sur les progrès quant aux indicateurs de performance clés, y compris la complétion de la formation et la satisfaction
- Analyser les données (SOS, commentaires de la clientèle, révision, profitabilité) afin d'évaluer l'efficacité de la formation et ajuster la stratégie en conséquence.
- Développer et gérer des relations avec les équipes des restaurants et les propriétaires.
- Gérer son horaire de façon indépendante pour satisfaire aux indicateurs de performance clés.
**Compétences requises**:
- Expérience de 3 ans ou plus dans un rôle impliquant les opérations dans les restaurants et franchises
- Expérience d'au moins 1 mois à la gestion d'un restaurant Tim Hortons (formation fournie à l'embauche)
- Bilinguisme (anglais, français)
- Compétences à l'utilisation des outils Microsoft (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Forte capacité de communication et entrain
- Fortes compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite et capacité à transformer du matériel technique ou complexe en matériel de formation efficace
- Compétences en matière de gestion et capacité à gérer l'horaire des événements, l'organisation et la réalisation sur tous les plans logistiques
- Connaissances approfondies de ce qui suit:
- Procédures opérationnelles dans les restaurants
- Gestion des stocks, production, service à la clientèle, équipement, gestion des profits et pertes (F&P, main-d'œuvre, dépenses opérationnelles), routines de gestion, formation des équipes
- Stratégie d'entreprise:
- Routines des gérants de district, recrutement et rétention
- Métriques et outils de création de rapports
- Tableaux, SOS, SMG, OnBrand
