**Sales Enablement Program Manager**

**Location: Saint John, NB**

As part of the partner alliance team, the Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for the creation, organization and tracking of both internal and external partner content. This role collaborates with Partner Alliance Managers, Product Marketing, and regional and global partner marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure the creation, quality, organization, and availability of both sales and technical content.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the partner alliances teams to create sales and technical content for both internal (enablement) and outbound purposes
- Organize and maintain sales and technical content for an ecosystem of managed partners.
- Ensure the completion of all the required content for managed partners within set deadlines
- Keep track of and support on-going content creation
- Conduct a quarterly content audit to ensure that content is current and conforms to the organization
- Create and manage internal partner information pages
- Bi-weekly reporting of internal content consumption (Who, What, How much, How long)
- Global and regional standardization of content & accessibility

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, College Diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Proven working experience in marketing, particularly within the industry
- At least two years’ experience writing for sales, business development, and marketing teams, in a high-tech environment
- Experience in creation of Sales and Enablement collateral (both print and digital)
- Experience building/maintaining pages and assets on digital asset management platforms (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
- Have experience building campaigns with marketing automation tools (preferably Mailchimp, Outreach.io, ActiveCampaign)
- Have experience building / designing presentations in Power Point and Google Slides
- Familiarity with Google tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML, and CSS development is an added plus

**Skills**
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content
- Taking technical information and distilling it down to the selling points for a less technical audience
- Ability to help assist and or creating effective sales and marketing content for technology partners
- Have a strong understanding of branding & its importance
- Experience working with communications agencies is an added advantage
- Outstanding written and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Great organizational and time-management skills
- Be able to work under limited supervision
- Ability to work alongside other team members to ensure organizational goals are met.
