Commercial Roofing Estimator

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze plans, specifications, and proposals for commercial roofing projects
- Conduct site visits and roof inspections to gather information and assess project requirements
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and new products and techniques
- Work with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a commercial roofing estimator
- Strong math skills and ability to work with numbers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software
