Responsibilities & Duties
- Previous experience in Concrete restoration, Water proofing and traffic coating.
- Minimum 3 years of concrete restoration and building envelop experience and minimum of 2 years of direct project management experience and a good knowledge of the specific work that is being constructed.
- Maintain project safety standards in accordance with United Roofing and with OH&S Standards.
- Interpersonal competencies that include effective oral communication skills, organizational, planning, trust, respect, and being someone who is dependable and cooperative.
- Responsible for communication and coordination between crews, sub contractors, engineers, consultants, owners/clients and their representatives.
- Maintain regular communication of job progress updates and estimation review to management.
- Must have current and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Must be hardworking, problem solving and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
