**Responsibilities**:
En tant que coordonnateur Engage Life, vous créez et dirigez des programmes qui rendent nos résidents heureux et dépassent leurs attentes en matière de mode de vie actif. Vous collaborez avec les résidents pour personnaliser les chances qui ajoutent du plaisir et de la surprise à la journée des résidents. Vous agissez à titre de gérant en service, au besoin.
- Diriger les programmes Engage Life assignés et élaborer les plans quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels connexes.
- Nous trouvons des façons créatives de maintenir les relations des résidents, à la communauté interne, à leurs passe-temps, à leurs intérêts et à la communauté extérieure
- Enseigner et diriger des exercices et aider à utiliser adéquatement les appareils de mise en forme.
- Mobiliser et motiver les résidents en intégrant des éléments de spontanéité, de plaisirs simples, de but et de force physique, ce qui se traduit par une participation au programme; portant une attention particulière aux résidents qui peuvent être confinés à leurs appartements.
- Pour accueillir de nouveaux résidents, faire un effort particulier pour les inclure et les faire participer aux activités et les présenter aux autres membres de la communauté ayant des intérêts et des antécédents similaires
- Mettre en œuvre des programmes conçus par l’entreprise tels que décrits.
- Informer les résidents des activités à venir et maintenir un calendrier actuel des événements.
- Préparer et publier un calendrier de programme mensuel engageant et créatif qui intègre les événements et les programmes de la communauté dans les délais précisés par l’entreprise.
- Soutenir les opérations dans l’atteinte des résultats de satisfaction de la clientèle qui respectent ou dépassent les normes de l’entreprise.
- Exécuter toutes les procédures d’ouverture et de fermeture de l’établissement de la communauté selon les besoins.
- Agir à titre de gérant en service, au besoin.
- S’engager dans les relations publiques communautaires, y compris la collaboration avec les relations publiques du Centre de soutien et la préparation d’histoires de publicité locale positive.
- Coordonner les besoins et les objectifs du service selon le budget spécifié.
- Embaucher, former, superviser, encadrer, développer et gérer le rendement du conducteur dans la communauté; travailler en étroite collaboration pour répondre aux besoins des résidents en ce qui concerne les horaires de transport et les événements extérieurs.
- Participer au recrutement, à la formation et à la gestion des bénévoles, le cas échéant.
- Participer à la planification des fêtes, des événements et des activités, ainsi qu’à la décoration du centre communautaire en fonction de la saison ou des fêtes pendant l’année, ainsi que la planification de fêtes d’anniversaire et d’événements marquants pour honorer les résidents.
- Maintenir des espaces d’activités et une aire de travail propre et bien organisé.
- Peut effectuer d’autres tâches au besoin ou selon les tâches qui lui sont assignées.
