**The Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists **is currently recruiting for the position of **Member Outreach Administrator**. The position is a full-time position. The position will be temporarily working from home with some attendance required at the CAOT national office located in Ottawa.

The **Member Outreach Administrator**, administers components of several member programs and benefits, is responsible for coordinating the administrative activities in the membership services department, and ensuring that members receive timely, accurate and friendly service.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of progressive administrator experience; healthcare or non-profit experience an asset
- Community College diploma in Administration or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly; bias for action and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation; proactive and outgoing communicator with excellent oral and written skills; aptitude for listening, responding and problem-solving
- Good technical skills: ability to manage data and reporting in a CRM environment, operate Zoom and equivalent platforms, post on a web site, develop spreadsheets and presentations
- Equally effective contributor in team and autonomous work situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual, English and French, preferred

**Responsibilities**:
Within the established policies and procedures of the Association, the Member Outreach Administrator areas of responsibility include:
**Membership Services Administration**:

- Understand, contribute to and administer all CAOT member services including registration & renewal process
- Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of all member growth & outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with Membership Program Manager in support of the Student Engagement Plan and implementation of other priority projects
- Coordinate workflow priorities
- Provide up-to-date and accurate information to members and non-members, including registration, insurance, benefits and affinity plans
- Assist Membership Program Manager in preparing reports, lists and queries related to membership services
- Maintain membership services records including relevant processes and procedures
- Liaise with Finance regarding membership payments, invoices and refunds

**Student ambassador**:

- Build and maintain connections with student representatives at 14 occupational therapy schools to provide a continuous two-way dialogue regarding student and CAOT activities and opportunities
- Help identify and track on-campus activities where CAOT might participate and be visible with the aim of delivering value to students and attracting future CAOT members from among student graduates
- Participate in the Membership Working Group, to contribute to member growth and engagement initiatives, providing expertise on the student file.

**Salary**: $33,767.50-$79,169.75 per year
