This position will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in the overall operations of the retail store with a specific focus on the customer experience in the produce and other departments while ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained, department presentation is at its peak, and store associate training is completed with regards to product knowledge as well as sales training.
- Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations through providing expert advice on customer health and nutritional objectives. Take the lead role in training all store associates with regards to vitamins, supplements and personal care products. Responsible for set-up and execution of educational classes. Be the ambassador for best in class customer service and healthy living.
- Ensure departments are merchandized effectively by executing the flyer specials, doing end cap planning and set-up, signage and organizing promotional deals in the vitamin and all store departments.
- Staying updated about the natural products industry so as to provide excellent customer service.
- Share information and answer customer questions about health, fitness, supplements, and natural nutrition.
- Ensure store associates are educated and well trained to provide solid customer service in the Vitamin and Natural Products areas.
- Ensure all inventory is labeled and correctly priced.
- Supervising their respective department and assist in store associate supervision, training and performance evaluations. Will discuss staffing issues or concerns what Store Manager before taking any corrective action.
- Managing inventory, ensuring that proper stock levels are maintained.
**- **Provide great customer service by providing expert advice on health and nutrition needs.
**- **Promote teamwork and collaboration with others; maintains interdependent relationships with store associates; and, works successfully across all areas of the business.
- Professional, demonstrates integrity, works with others to solve issues and can makes good decisions.
- Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or before the situation requires it. Demonstrates motivation and encourages it in others.

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
