**Fonctions essentielles**:
- Mise en œuvre des mesures de communication approuvées, ce qui inclut la gestion de projet de conformité avec le gouvernement du Québec (OQLF).
- Rédiger du contenu pour soutenir les efforts de communication et de marketing tels que, mais sans s’y limiter, le site Web de l’organisation, les blogs, les publications sur les médias sociaux, les bulletins d’information, les communiqués de presse et bien pour l’intranet et d’autres plateformes internes applicables.
- Analyse des données et des résultats des buts et objectifs de communication.
- Participation à des activités visant à recommander des moyens d’améliorer notre visibilité et notre perception de l’organisation dans le domaine public.
- S’assurer que tout le matériel de marketing et de promotion est conforme aux stratégies de l’entreprise et à la marque de l’organisation.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances pertinentes de l’industrie et être capable de planifier et de diriger divers types d’événements promotionnels ou publics.
- Établir des partenariats stratégiques avec des influenceurs et/ou des parties prenantes clés lors d’événements de presse ou publics afin d’accroître notre visibilité et notre marque.
- Coordination des réunions, des activités de préparation et de pressage d’événements publics selon les besoins.
- Expérience dans la planification, la coordination et l’exécution de salons professionnels régionaux.
- Des compétences en graphisme et de l’expérience seraient un plus.
***Compétences requises**:
- Comportement/capacités interpersonnelles et compétences en leadership, Communication, travail d’équipe, autonomisation, coordination ou diverses activités d’équipe ou réglementaires. Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet.
- **Education**:
- Diplôme universitaire en communication, relations publiques et/ou marketing ou expérience pratique pertinente combinée à d’autres certifications ou à un diplôme collégial.
***Experience**:
- Minimum 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans une fonction de communication, de relations publiques et/ou de marketing dans une entreprise de taille moyenne à grande.
- Connaissance avérée des meilleures pratiques et de l’éthique en matière de marketing et de communication.
- Très bonnes compétences en matière d’organisation et de gestion du temps pour respecter des délais stricts et des aspects de conformité avec les gouvernements ou d’autres organismes gouvernementaux publics.
- Maîtrise de diverses formes d’outils technologiques liés à ce rôle, tels que, mais sans s’y limiter : les logiciels Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Microsoft Office, les outils de planification des médias sociaux (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, etc.), SharePoint Online, Yammer, Sitecore, Optimizely.
- De solides communications verbales et écrites, en anglais, en français et en espagnol, seraient un atout.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en tant que contributeur individuel au sein de l’équipe.
- Orateur efficace et assertif. Disponible pour les voyages d’affaires habituels au Canada et aux États-Unis.**_____________________________________________________________________**
