Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the Canada market.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, networking, and cold calling, and conduct sales presentations to showcase our IT products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing solutions to address their challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions, addressing client requirements and exceeding expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management, and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales or a related role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with a passion for driving business growth and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on achieving collective goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
