**Job Summary**:
TCI has an opening for a Dealer Digital Solutions (DDS) Strategist in our Marketing department. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the successful rollout and sustainment of the Toyota and Lexus DDS program. Reporting to the Manager, DDS, this role will facilitate the development of dealer-facing program materials, collect program feedback, and identify areas for Kaizen (continuous improvement). The DDS Strategist will also act as the primary contact for Regional Marketing Managers, Field Trainers, and program vendor support staff.

**What’s The Scope?**
- Execute program strategy (update the communication plan and deliver key items according to timelines)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Execute Program Strategy**_
- Work closely with the DDS Project Manager to manage program scope, timeline, and key deliverables
- Work closely with Shift Digital team members to prioritize program launch and sustainment activities
- Identify areas of the program where efficiencies can be made to reduce Muda, generate additional value for TCI/TCC, dealers, etc., and execute accordingly
- Prepare and collect information to update the annual agency scorecard
- **Lead the External Communication Plan**_
- Compose dealer-facing and vendor-facing DDS updates
- Prepare DDS materials for joint-TCI/TCCI and dealer committee meetings and present as requested
- Update the on-going the 30-, 60-, and 90-day DDS communication plan
- Champion the creation of the DDS weekly program team meeting agenda and lead these meetings as required
- **Act as the Primary DDS Contact for Regional Marketing Managers**_
- Share program updates during weekly Regional Marketing Manager status calls
- Collect program feedback and work with the DDS Manager and the DDS team to ensure feedback is addressed, where applicable
- Create additional program collateral as requested by the DDS Manager and Regional Marketing Managers
- Join the Regional Marketing Managers on dealer contacts (in-person or virtually) to present DDS upon request

**What You Bring**:

- University degree/college diploma in marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years in Digital Marketing/Automotive or relevant Dealer/Field Experience
- Experience launching and sustaining high impact, national programs
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong working knowledge of Dealer Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms
