**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

If so, this role as a National Account Consultant, Group may be for you In this role you will draw on your professional sales experience and will be responsible for the retention and growth of assigned National Accounts. You will provide expert advice about Group Benefits full range of products and for effectively navigating client needs and proactively recommending solutions.

**What will you do?**
- Provide integrated Group Benefits Insurance planning, advice and support to assigned National Accounts and large cases.
- Act as the primary and trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships with designated National Accounts.
- Build and cultivate a strong network of internal key partners.
- Proactively plan and conduct plan administrator meetings and plan member presentations with a focus on product education, value added advice and process.
- Demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills and communication skills.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Strong presentation skills in conducting valuable plan member presentations.
- Professional sales experience working in Group Benefits and possess technical knowledge of Group Benefit product lines.
- A talent for listening, establishing trust with clients.
- An existing network of referrals and/or centres of influence.
- A flair for building relationships and a strong work ethic.
- A LLQP (Life License) and a university degree or equivalent.

Extensive knowledge of Group Benefits and CEBS GBA 1&2
