**Full job description**

BBCR is an award winning specialty coffee roaster, located in the Gatineau foothills. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a knack for creative storytelling and a passion for brand consistency.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing brand visibility and engagement across various platforms while ensuring a cohesive brand and customer experience. **A day in the life**:
As a digital content creator, you will collaborate with the management team to develop compelling content strategies that align with business objectives and create captivating visual and written content for various mediums, including social media platforms, websites, newsletters, blog posts, and print materials. You'll drive brand consistency by producing high-quality product and lifestyle photography, video content, and marketing collateral while staying abreast of content trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements to inform content development strategies. You'll monitor and moderate online communities to enhance social engagement and foster meaningful interactions with our audience to ensure consistent experiences for our customers with our brands.

**Must Haves**:

- 2-3 years marketing experience as a content creator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Portfolio of previous work
- Strong background in photography, videography, and written content creation.
- Knowledge of branding, typography, and graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, SEO, SMO, and primary social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Shopify.
- Research-oriented mindset to stay current with industry trends.
- Proven track record of capturing & editing high-quality photography & videography
- Ability to produce impactful content for various digital channels.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Effective team player with the capability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Bilingual (English and French) speaking and writing are required as we are located in Gatineau.
